Baozhong

One of Taiwan’s oldest and most delicate oolongs, from Pinglin — still called the capital of Baozhong. It is prized for a fine perfume and a soft, fresh cup.

This organic lot is grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, so the garden’s floral character stays in the liquor instead of a heavy roast.
