東方美人茶 · Dongfang Meiren
Honey, ripe fruit, muscat, lingering sweetness
One of Taiwan’s most refined oolongs — a tea with a true origin story. The leaf is picked in early summer, when tiny leafhoppers feed on the bushes; those bites start oxidation while the leaf is still on the plant.
What follows is the famed Bai Hao honey profile: a dense aroma, amber liquor and dessert-like sweetness with nothing added. This is a gift tea, not an everyday bag.
